As with all solicitors, Parry Welch Lacey are bound by the requirement to keep confidential any information dicslosed to them by a client, unless that client gives specific instructions to disclose information in certain circumstances.
 
What this means is that, if you are facing a criminal prosecution, the police or other authority, such as the Department for Work  and Pensions cannot find out what has passed between you and your solicitor. The same applies to non-criminal proceedings such as family matters where the 'other party' can never get to know the details of our conversations. This applies even if you  decide, after a consultation, not to use our services.

More generally, we realise that the matters clients wish to discuss are often sensitive and we ensure that any consultations take place in an interview room out of earshot of anyone who is not directly involved.
